Ihre Aufgabe

  • Steer project development according to ISO 26262, coordinate the development activities, in core and application projects of the Business Unit Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Definition of safety concepts for complex automotive control units in the area of ADAS / ADCU with proper communication to project team safety topics
  • Planning of the project in collaboration with the project team from functional safety aspect
  • Ensurement of the correct implementation of the functional safety measures with the project team
  • Responsibility for the project safety plan, development Interface agreement, safety goals, safety release recommendation and the safety cases
  • Development of innovative strategies and methods to improve functional safety software development, based on requirements according to standards e.g. ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE
  • Train and guide the project team on automotive safety Hardware-, Software- und System development

Ihr Profil

  • University Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar qualification
  • Professional experience in Systems Engineering and product development of safety relevant embedded systems in automotive industry
  • Experience with configuration and requirement management tools (e.g. IBM Doors, IMS, …)
  • Experience in UML based architecture description using Rhapsody or similar
  • Very good knowledge in the area of functional Safety (ISO26262, SPICE)
  • Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Analytical & interdisciplinary way of thinking
