Ihre Aufgabe

  • You will define a requirements management strategy for an Android based Infotainment Framework.
  • You will conduct the teams to work according to the requirements management strategy.
  • You will analyze requirements documents from Continental and customer RFQs.
  • You will negotiate and discuss requirements with various stakeholders, clarify details.
  • You will derive the software requirements considering functionality, quality, reliability and functional safety.
  • You will provide progress reports and trends (metrics).
  • You will define and handle the exchange of requirements.
  • You will improves the requirements with the support of the team of developers in an agile environment.
  • You will create and maintain the traceability of the requirements for the entire V-cycle according to A-SPICE and ISO 26262.
  • You will advice teams to write and trace requirements, perform reviews, and advocate for EB quality standards.
  • You will support the definition and improvement of processes, methods and tools for requirements management.
  • You will present new requirements to the CCB, prepare proposals and decision papers
  • You will detect similar requirements and assign groups.
  • You will actively walk through new requirements with the technical experts to evaluate their impact.

Ihr Profil

  • You have an University degree in Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar.
  • You have several years of experience in large automotive projects with a significant technical depth.
  • You have knowledge of the Automotive requirements processes, and typical tools (DOORS).
  • You have knowledge of embedded systems, both Hard- and Software (C/C++).
  • You have good knowledge/experience with UML, DOORS, Enterprise Architect, JIRA.
  • You have deep understanding of the Automotive SPICE framework, and the role requirements play in various process areas.
  • You have the ability to structure information and describe it on the right level of abstraction.
  • You have the commitment to work through long lists of requirements, follow up open points and track them to closure.
  • You have an analytic mindset, ability to understand concepts.
  • You have extensive experience in requirements engineering in a responsible role.
  • You have the ability to precisely formulate requirements/specification.
  • You have experience with software development process, Requirements Management tools and exchange formats.
  • You have Software test overview knowledge.
  • You are open to travel to customers for workshops or reviews.
  • You have a preferably knowledge about Functional Safety, software test and test strategies.
  • You have a self-reliant, solution driven way of working.
  • You have the ability to present and host and to document project decisions accurately.
  • You have knowledge of interview technics, strong communication skills, networking skills and strong influencing capabilities.
  • You can set a strong customer focus and you are a team player.
  • You have fluent English and German skills, spoken and in writing.
