Ihre Aufgabe

Brunel CZ is looking for a Business Analyst for GDPR Compliance. Your main daily tasks will be:

  • Working with Data Strategy Lead and Project Manager to develop Data Governance Framework activities, tasks, and scope to be included in Master Project Plan;
  • Delivering all Data Governance Framework tasks from project inception to completion, meeting deadlines, goals and quality standards;
  • Providing weekly status reports on Data Retention Governance Framework activities and task;
  • Working with COE representatives, country representatives, data privacy and all system owners to analyze, understanding and identifying employee data entity and attributes, the source or each entity and the dependencies for each data entity for all processes in line with organizational needs;
  • Identifying areas for data quality improvements and implementing data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the employee data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable;
  • Designing a framework for quality of master data in source systems, as well as, development and documentation of processes with system and business owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity;
  • Creating master data repository across all global P&O data; collaborating with IT for a technical configuration of master data repository;
  • Documenting and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure uniform, accurate and consistent data in support of regulatory audit requirements across all countries in scope.

Ihr Profil

What we expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master preferred;
  • Passion about data; experience and knowledge in the Master Data
    Management, Data Governance & Data Quality;
  • Six Sigma skills/certification is an advantage;
  • Experience in working with HR technologies is an advantage;
  • Experience in implementing GDPR projects is an advantage;
  • GDPR Foundation & Practitioner Certificate is an advantage;
  • Knowledge and expertise in P&O processes is an advantage;
  • Track record of delivering as part of complex global MDM projects; preferably
    P&O;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams in an international
    environment;
  • Proven leadership skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Ability to operate as an independent leader with understanding and
    appreciation of the global/enterprise context;
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written
    ability.
