Customer Service Quality Consultant (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgabe

We are looking for a Customer Service Quality Consultant with background in automotive. Your main daily tasks will be:

• Plan, deploy and maintain QMS and ensure that core quality processes are implemented throughout the organization
• Guarantee the compliance of the organization against relevant quality standards and maintain relevant certifications
• Drive the Quality Management review process by sharing results and improvement initiatives with Operations functions
• Ensure readiness towards external audits through the deployment of an internal audit program established on a risk based approach, monitored and maintained yearly.

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor or Master degree in technology, engineering and/or business management
• Profound interest in high-tech systems, processes, quality, problem solving and improvement
• An analytical thinker with an open and curious mind and excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, complex and multi-national environment wherein you manage/influence various stakeholders, create (quality) awareness and challenge the status quo
• Professional experience in LEAN, consulting, engineering, quality and/or project management is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Communicative level of English and native level of Czech/ Slovak is a must / German is a plus
