Ihre Aufgabe

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

30%: Acting as the first line of contact BUIT internal customers for estimation of IT AS services. The person must acquire and demonstrate a broad understanding of all AS services provided and the related technologies.

This includes review / acknowledgement of the service requests in the specific system used, identify the appropriate services based on the scope and assumptions provided, and coordinating with the dominant service owners to deliver a comprehensive service estimate to the customer. In some cases he/she may be responsible for developing and providing the estimate to customers directly.

40%: Leading the creation of formal service orders (SOW and Addendums documents). This includes performing high level requirements assessments, initially identifying the correct services to fulfill the order, determining the order owner, ensuring that pricing models are complete and accurate before delivering them to the customer, and facilitating the review and approval of the order with the customer.

10%: Ensuring that IT AS service information is accurately reflected in key systems to enable order planning and fulfillment activities, such as resource and budget allocations, tailored order entry system, vendor and financial management systems. Provides supporting information to order owners to maintain information in key systems, ensuring that information is always up-to-date.

20% Other duties (see below)

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leading CPI (continuous improvement initiatives) within the PSSC, to improve the efficiency of the processes. • Will be responsible for facilitating the intake of new services / major changes into the PSSC desk.
• Providing input back to service owners and shape improvements to estimating and quoting processes for services.

• Cooperation with the NA and ASPAC colleagues in the optic of an overall consistency of the service provided

Ihr Profil

Required Qualifications:

  • You have at minimum a bachelor degree
  • You have related experience: 2-4 years of related work experience in large enterprises preferred
  • English is you mother language or you are bilingual
  • You have full knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; advanced Excel and/or Database/SQL and/or data analysis skills as a plus;
  • You are familiar with these platforms at a reasonable or at least “able to descript” level. (PSSC analysts are NOT the experts. You should be able to understand the request, get some additional information and route the request to the correct team that IS the expert.)
  • ERPs, with SAP and Supply Chain concepts;
  • BI (Tableau, Qlikview, Teradata…)
  • Digital technology (Web, Mobile…;
  • Corporate systems Sales Force.Com, workday
  • Sharepoint and O365
  • Concept of software support and development
  • SDLC: understand the impact of documentation
  • Exposure to compliance and CSV activities
  • Understanding security implications
